6 hours.  Registration begins at 8:30a.  This compromises of getting checked in, submitting prayer requests, signing up for your seated massage and obtaining your spa bracelet.  If you're picking up a t-shirt onsite, this time also allows for that.  The parting blessing begins at 2:00p.  You would want to allow at least 30 minutes afterwards to take it all in and fellowship with others.

Upon entry into GosSpa, each guest is encouraged to complete a Prayer Request, symbolically leaving their burdens in God’s hands by feeding them into the “Petition to Heaven” prayer box.  Never at any time will the requests be pulled from the box; because as they are fed, they are simultaneously shredded. 

Guests are now confident that leaving their burdens behind will release God’s power into their situations and that his peace will guard their hearts and minds.

During the Circle of Prayer, the surrendered petitions (in shreds) will be lifted up as we claim a glorious victory over all of the prayer requests submitted.   Participants will relax and trust in God’s powers to heal, to help and to handle all of their worries as he/she knows of what they have prayed for, and surely God knows.

As recorded in this Word in Romans 8:26-27, there is life through the Spirit; Likewise the Spirit also helpeth in our weakness: for we do not know how to pray as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

Absolutely.  We'll start the morning with a light continental breakfast and later enjoy a delicious lunch together.  Everything is included as part of your retreat experience. 😉
